Anton Mélard de Feuardent
Anton Mélard de Feuardent specialises in public-private partnerships and the management of state extractive rents.
Whilst working for many years with "big-4" consultancy firms and now within Fair Links, Anton has led numerous consultancy projects, audits and financial evaluations. Notably, Anton has acted as an independent expert in multiple international litigation cases.
Anton has also led several significant projects regarding the reinforcement of government capacity in regulating and supervising their hydrocarbon and mining industries. Hence, over the past 15 years, he has acquired a broad experience in financial modelling projects, budgetary assessments and in the definition of the fiscal price of commodities.
Anton graduated in economics from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and holds a Bachelor degree in management from the universities of London and Madrid.
Anton is a French native speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
