Jean-Pierre Favennec

Jean-Pierre Favennec is an economist specialised in the energy sector.

Prior to joining Fair Links, Jean-Pierre headed the “Economics and Management” training center of the French Petroleum Institute (Institut Français du Pétrole - IFP) for more than 30 years.

Jean-Pierre has conducted various strategic studies for major actors of the energy industry in both the private and public sectors. He has also published several key research papers and books.

Jean-Pierre graduated from the Nancy School of Chemical Industries (École des Industries Chimiques de Nancy - France) and holds a degree from the National School of Oil and Engines (École Nationale du Pétrole et des Moteurs - France).

Jean-Pierre is a French native speaker and is fluent in English.
