Antoine Antoun is an expert in litigation, arbitration and financial negotiation issues.

For more than 40 years, Antoine has advised various companies and governments; he has also worked as an independent expert and advisor in numerous arbitration cases (ICSID, ICC, PCA, ad hoc). Among his notable experiences, is his appointment in 1995 by the United Nations Security Council as a commissioner to examine and recommend compensation for losses and damages suffered by oil and gas corporations as a direct result of the Kuwait-Iraq conflict (amounting to more than US$ 60 billion).

Antoine is an independent expert and a senior advisor to Fair Links. He worked previously with Arthur Andersen, then Ernst & Young where he was the Managing Partner of the French practice (audit, tax, legal and consulting) between 1997 and 2000. He then became the CEO for the Continental Western European Area (which included France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, along with 20 other countries) until 2004.

Antoine graduated in Law from the University of Paris and holds a Master in Economics from the University of Lyon (France). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Stanford Executive Program.

Antoine is a native French and Arabic speaker and is fluent in English.
