For nearly 25 years, Hugues Renaux has completed valuations, audits as well as organisational and financial consulting assignments in the power, water, waste and construction industries.
Hugues has a thorough understanding of public-private partnerships (PPPs) along with their underlying accounting and fiscal frameworks. Based on an extensive experience in this field, he has developed a unique expertise in all regulatory issues related to the PPPs (review of procedures and regulations; implementation of supervisory mechanisms, definition of performance indicators) and their financial valuation (physical stocktakes and asset valuation, audit of financial statements and business plans, concession contracts valuation).
Prior to joining Fair Links, in 2009, Hugues worked with Arthur Andersen then Ernst & Young, where he last served as Director for the power, water, waste and construction sectors in the Audit Department.
Trained as an engineer, Hugues graduated from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics de Paris (ESTP), he is also a chartered accountant, an external auditor and a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (France) and of the Compagnie des Commissaires aux Comptes de la Région Paris Île-de-France (France).
Hugues is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
